Nick Corbyn

​Nick has 25 years of experience specialising in complex, Central London developments across workspace, residential and retail. He has worked in senior roles across consultancy, PropCo and OpCo/PE for Mace, M3, Landsec and Fora (backed by Blackstone and Brockton). At Fora, he led the transformation of assets through adaptable, tenant-centric design, deploying £150m in CapEx across 0.7 million sq ft. Nick’s unique perspective is shaped by a rare combination of hands-on craft and academic rigour. He is a qualified carpenter, a Chartered Builder, and holds a BA, M.Phil and Ph.D from the University of Cambridge.

​Noam is a recognised thought leader in next-generation workspace and was the Founding Investment Director of Fora (backed by Blackstone and Brockton). He was instrumental in scaling the business from its inception into the UK's largest premium flexible office platform. In this role, he oversaw £1.5bn in transactions and the delivery of over 1 million sq ft. This work culminated in the successful merger with TOG, which expanded the portfolio to 3 million sq ft. Noam's expertise lies in sourcing undervalued opportunities, repositioning assets and structuring complex transactions. His approach is underpinned by a background in investment banking M&A and a First-Class degree in Economics from UCL.
